 * Tuning circuit that allows you to select the frequency;

 * A source of interference, most often built into the circuit;

 * RF amplification unit;

 * Transmitting antenna.

 The size depends on the power and range.  There are compact models, and there are large boxes - like those that are installed at important infrastructure facilities.

 Jamming devices can work with different signals.  Most in demand are models that block GSM, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth and radio frequencies (FM).
